I called your business on 12/16/11. I spoke with Kathy and asked if it would be possible to have the slippers I was ordering by the 23rd. They were going to be a Christmas gift for our daughter. She said it should not be a problem. She was right!! I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived and I am sure most of that was due to Kathy being so efficient in getting them out of the store. With the service you provide, I can't imagine that you won't continue to be a success. If we are ever out in your part of the country, we will definitely stop in your store. My husband and I were in your store while visiting McCall this past summer. I bought a pair of the Northwest Moccasins. Then my oldest daughter ended taking them with her to collage.
